Shipping Policy

We ship via air freight. Delivery time is calculated as:

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Shipping Time by Region:
- North America: 7–12 business days
- South America: 10–15 business days
- Europe: 7–12 business days
- Asia: 5–10 business days
- Africa: 10–20 business days
- Oceania: 7–12 business days

Note: During peak seasons and promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Delivery time starts from the moment your order is accepted, including a 48-hour period for order processing on business days.
Once your order is packed, we will send a shipment confirmation email with delivery details and a tracking link.
Tracking information may take a few days to appear after shipping.

If your order is delayed or lost due to reasons beyond our control, we are very sorry. We can help in the following ways:

Orders can be canceled before processing. If canceled in time, you will receive a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may return it after delivery if you do not want the package.
You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. Please note that cancellation is not possible after shipping.
