Welcome to kokodiy.com. We are committed to providing a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Please ensure the recipient’s name, delivery address, and phone number are correct. KOKODIY is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect information.


1. Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours after placing the order and before the package is shipped.

  • Once the package is in transit, we cannot cancel the order.

  • Thank you for your understanding.


2. Return & Exchange Conditions

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • All items must be in their original packaging with all parts and components.

  • Items must be in new condition with no damage or cut wires.

  • Returns/exchanges must be shipped using the same service as the original delivery.

  • Returns must be sent from the same country to which the order was originally shipped (e.g., orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US).

Note: Items that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee.


Exceptions – Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns are not free unless the product is defective, sent incorrectly, or missing items.

  • For returns due to other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Examples of non-eligible returns for free shipping:

  • Items that have been installed or assembled

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

  • Made-to-Order, custom, or special-order items

  • Items/packages damaged without proof from local logistics

  • Any items or styles not listed on our website

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Once your return reaches us, please allow 7–14 business days for processing (depending on peak times).

  • If the returned items do not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back at your expense.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • KOKODIY takes full responsibility for items damaged during transit or defective due to incorrect packaging.

  • Inspect the package upon delivery. If damage is found, document it when signing for the package.

  • If the product is damaged, send photos to service@kokodiy.com. We will assist you in handling the insurance claim.


5. How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with the following information:

  2. Proof of purchase

  3. Photos or video of the faulty product
