Please ensure the recipient’s name, delivery address, and phone number are correct. KOKODIY is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect information.
1. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours after placing the order and before the package is shipped.

Once the package is in transit, we cannot cancel the order.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

All items must be in their original packaging with all parts and components.

Items must be in new condition with no damage or cut wires.

Returns/exchanges must be shipped using the same service as the original delivery.

Returns must be sent from the same country to which the order was originally shipped (e.g., orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US).
Note: Items that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee.

Returns are not free unless the product is defective, sent incorrectly, or missing items.

For returns due to other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items/packages damaged without proof from local logistics

3. Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return reaches us, please allow 7–14 business days for processing (depending on peak times).

If the returned items do not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back at your expense.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
4. Damaged or Defective Products

KOKODIY takes full responsibility for items damaged during transit or defective due to incorrect packaging.

Inspect the package upon delivery. If damage is found, document it when signing for the package.

If the product is damaged, send photos to service@kokodiy.com. We will assist you in handling the insurance claim.
